These terms govern bookings made with SpectreClass. A booking is binding once confirmed in writing by us, and the confirmed fixed price is final for the journey as described in the confirmation.

Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Changes to route, time or vehicle class are re-priced before they take effect and never applied silently.

Waiting time beyond the included allowance, additional stops and other extensions are charged at the rates stated in your confirmation. SpectreClass may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class when operationally necessary.
